The journey was almost perfect. The train arrived on time, was very clean and pleasantly quiet. I had a reserved window seat with plenty of legroom. The wifi was stable and the sockets worked perfectly. The staff were also friendly and in a good mood. I haven't travelled by train in such comfort for a long time. For me, it was a thoroughly positive experience that I would gladly repeat.

My train arrived on time. I sat down and put my luggage down. The train looked clean. The internet was good throughout. Then I went to the loo, which was also clean and hygienic, with no shortage of toilet paper, soap or sanitiser. The staff were very nice and helpful. I had several sockets at my seat, which I could use to charge my mobile phone and laptop. It was a great journey.
