DFDS(Det Forenede Dampskibs-Selskab) is a Denmark ferry company founded in 1866 due to the merging of three Danish shipping companies. DFDS offers sailings and crossings along different European routes like Copenhagen, Oslo, France, Germany, Baltics, Sweden, and Holland. DFDS ferries offer passengers one-way and roundtrip tickets for adults and children from 3 to 15 years. Children from ages 0 to 12 are allowed to travel for free onboard these vessels. However, for popular routes like Copenhagen to Oslo, children from ages 0 to 15 years have access to discounts. Note that, you’ll be required to pay an additional charge for any luggage or pet onboard.
