All in all, a good train journey. Although there was a slight delay of about ten minutes, everything else was fine. The seat was comfortable, the compartment clean and pleasantly quiet. Wifi was available, although not particularly fast. The power socket worked. The staff were friendly but a little short-staffed. I would use the connection again, as the border crossing also worked without any problems. I can recommend it!

My train journey from Berlin to Paris involved two changes, first in Hanover and then in Karlsruhe. The first section from Berlin to Hanover was relaxed. The seats were comfortable, the compartments clean and the quiet atmosphere made for a pleasant start. The changeover in Hanover went smoothly. The onward journey to Karlsruhe also went smoothly. The train staff were helpful and the wifi worked without interruption, so I was able to use the journey productively. Once I arrived in Karlsruhe, I changed trains for the second time before travelling on to Paris. Here too, the cleanliness and comfort of the train were impressive, and the wide range of seats made the long journey through France very pleasant. All connections were well coordinated, so that the journey remained relaxed overall. The entire route was characterised by reliability and comfort. Despite the two changes, the connection seemed well thought out and ensured a relaxed arrival in Paris. Everything ran on time

The journey on the ICE was comfortable, the seats offered sufficient comfort even over the longer distance and the carriages made a well-kept impression. There was a pleasant atmosphere on the train. My second-class train journey from Berlin to Paris was a really pleasant experience, although I was a little sceptical at first about the level of comfort on such a long journey. The train was full, but I still had enough room to sit down and my suitcase was easy to stow away. The seats were still comfortable even after several hours and it was clean - that really makes a difference on a long journey. The staff were friendly, quick to answer questions and regularly went through the car. Even though the journey time is of course not comparable to that of a plane, I found travelling by train more relaxed because I didn't have to worry about security checks. I was able to listen to music, read a book and look out of the window during the journey. The wifi also worked better than expected, so I was even able to get some work done. The mixture of a pleasant atmosphere, uncomplicated journey and beautiful views made the hours pass more quickly than expected. I would definitely choose the second-class train journey again for a journey like this.

On the sections from Berlin to Hanover and from Hanover to Karlsruhe, it was possible to find a seat spontaneously despite not having a seat reservation, the trains were well maintained and there was a relaxed atmosphere. The ICE train from Berlin departed on time and offered a relaxed journey with plenty of space and a quiet atmosphere in second class, even if you were travelling without a reservation. Changing trains in Hanover went smoothly, the signposting in the station is clear and the connection times were well coordinated, so there was no stress. The next section to Karlsruhe was just as pleasant, the train was well filled but it was still easy to find a seat. It should be emphasised that all connections were punctual and the transitions between trains were smooth. The whole journey seemed well organised and offered a very positive overall experience despite several changes.

The journey from Berlin to Paris in second class with the changes in Hanover and Karlsruhe was very pleasant and well organised for me overall. I boarded the train at Berlin Central Station feeling relaxed, the carriage was clean and had enough space for me to find a seat by the window without any problems. The route first took me to Hanover, where the changeover went smoothly and the time between trains was pleasantly calculated. I was also able to relax on the onward journey to Karlsruhe, the seats were comfortable and the atmosphere on the train was calm. The second change went just as smoothly, and although there were several travellers on the train, the atmosphere was calm and friendly. I had time to read and enjoy the varied scenery outside. I found the punctuality and friendly service on board particularly positive. The wifi and power sockets worked perfectly. Once I arrived in Paris, I felt relaxed and more than satisfied despite the changes, as everything was well organised and stress-free.

This was my outward journey in first class and it was incredibly good. There is only one thing I can criticise a little bit and that is the price, but I firmly believe it was worth it as the journey was just perfect. When I boarded, the staff escorted me to first class and then I sat down and I had my own non-visible cabin and the seats were very comfortable, plus they were reclining seats. There was also air conditioning and the wifi was great. The food was incredibly tasty, especially the coffee. Despite the price, I can only recommend this trip.

This ride was incredibly comfortable, but there are four stars because it was a bit expensive, but otherwise I liked everything super and I absolutely like to give the ride. The wifi was consistently great despite many users and I had no problem. I was very well equipped at the seat as my seat was very comfortable, was a reclining seat, had a massage function, had power sockets at the table and had options to call for staff by pressing a button. The food was super tasty and I felt great during the whole trip as the staff were very nice. I can only recommend this ride to others. The only negative thing was the price.

The inside of the train smelled very fresh and clean, the floors and seats were clean, then I ordered something for myself and it came without a long wait and it was very fresh, the internet was very strong, the people were very comfortable and happy, I was very relaxed, it was a very perfect journey. I would also like to mention the delicious food, the power sockets at the seat and the punctuality. I am happy to pass on the trip as my ticket was quite cheap.

Too bad for me and my boyfriend for the anniversary we got two tickets from Berlin to Paris to spend a week in Paris. Buying the tickets against practically very fast and pleasant. That was certainly the only positive thing about the trip. Once on the train and during the journey, everything was negative. Wifi was not available. The sockets on both seats were not functional and neither was the catering. The staff was hardly approachable and the restaurant was not hygienic at all. The toilets were full of smeared turnings. There was toilet paper all over the floor and every corner smelled of urine. This trip was not recommended at all and we only heard good things about the ICE.

The trip was very expensive, but worth it because I liked everything. This was my outward journey in 1st class. I liked everything except the price, so I'm happy to pass on the trip. The wifi had full bars. The seats were very comfortable and I definitely felt very good. It was very quiet on the train. I had my own toilet and it was very clean. My train was on time. Despite the price, the journey was great.

Unfortunately, there is no night train from Berlin to Paris. However, the train journey to Paris was quite pleasant. I only had to change trains once. However, my train was late, which is why I missed my connecting train. The on-board staff were very friendly and the toilets were clean. Wifi worked and the sockets worked fantastically. The train was a bit dirty. And the seats were also comfortably spaced. I would do this journey again. Simply unbeatable for this price.

My journey from Berlin to Paris with Deutsche Bahn was excellent. Firstly, the service of the staff should be emphasised. The staff were very friendly, polite and respectful. They always had a big smile on their faces and dealt with all my concerns with the utmost interest. The train also arrived in Paris on time. This made my planning much easier. Good attention was paid to hygiene. The toilets and seats were well maintained, hygienic and clean. The seats were also very comfortable and cosy. This allowed me to rest and relax during the journey. However, the wifi connection was not particularly efficient or stable. The connection was constantly interrupted and I was unable to make calls or work on my laptop. Disappointingly, the volume was not optimal and the reservation options were complicated and relatively confusing. But overall it was a great and recommendable trip!
