noneThe aircraft was clean and fine, but of course not luxurious - you get what you expect for the price. The seats were okay for the duration of the flight of about 3 hours. There are no free snacks or drinks, which is not surprising for a low-cost flight. You have to pay extra for everything else, which I didn't find too bad as long as you are prepared.
The flight itself was calm and the pilot gave regular updates, which added to the feeling of safety. The cabin crew were friendly but not overly attentive - you just get the typical service for a budget airline.
Overall, the flight was well organised and I arrived in Budapest on time.

Baggage claimSeatThe flight was okay overall, but to be honest, I was expecting a bit more. The choice of seats was quite limited, so I sat on the aisle. The seats were rather uncomfortable, especially after a few hours my back hurt. There were snacks, which also tasted quite good. Cleanliness was mostly okay. There was a long wait for luggage at the destination, which spoilt the positive overall impression. The best thing about the flight was that there were no major disruptions, the crew was friendly and I landed on time. Nevertheless, I found the price-performance ratio not so convincing. Not bad, but there were a few points of criticism.

noneCheck-in was easy, both online and at the airport. The Lufthansa staff were friendly and helpful. Boarding also went smoothly and on time. There were no long waiting times, which I really appreciated.
Flight to Munich: The first part of the flight from Madrid to Munich was pleasant. The seating comfort was good for a short flight, and the service on board was as expected - friendly but not intrusive. The food was ok, but there were only small snacks. The landing in Munich was smooth and on time.
The flight from Munich to Budapest was also smooth and on time. This was a shorter flight, but the seats were still comfortable. The staff on board were again friendly and looked after all the passengers. There was also a small snack and drinks, which was nice.
