I travelled from London to Cambridge on Great Northern late Friday evening without changing trains - departure 21:44, arrival 22:35. The train was on time, clean and not very busy. Therefore, travelling was very comfortable even without wifi, which either didn't exist or I couldn't find. I didn't see any train staff and my ticket was only checked when I left the station in Cambridge. Off-peak tickets are available at off-peak times, and I used one of these. The price was perfectly acceptable for this very fast connection (there are also trains that take longer).

It was extremely easy to book the tickets for the train from London to Cambridge online or on the spot. As I travelled directly to Cambridge without changing trains, the journey only took about 1.5 hours. The staff were very friendly and chatty. The inside of the train was very clean, as were the toilets. There was also free wifi on the train and free power sockets. The train left on time, so I arrived at my destination on time. The only problem was that there were a lot of people on the train. As always, the price-performance ratio is very good.

I travelled with Great Northern from London Kings Cross (where there is even a platform 9 3/4 as a tourist attraction) to Cambridge. Departure was on time at 9.10am, arrival at 9.58am with no intermediate stops - a very fast connection! The travelling comfort was okay, typical for regional trains. The 1st class, which I was able to use with my Interrail ticket, was nice and quiet and clean, as was the toilet. Given the short journey time, I didn't try out whether the wifi would have worked. The only thing I found unfortunate in Cambridge was that the station was very far from the city centre.

The journey from London to Cambridge was very relaxed, there weren't that many people on the train, so you could really enjoy the journey and observe the surroundings. The compartments and toilets were very clean. The train arrived on time and the price of the ticket was again a bargain. You don't even have to change trains for this low price, as it was a direct connection. The journey then takes a good 2 hours in one direction.

The Great Northern G11440 offers a fast and safe connection between London and Cambridge. It was a good journey as the train departed on time and arrived at its destination on time. The train also looked very well maintained and was well equipped, with power sockets to charge your mobile phone, WCs, and a board bistro where there was a wide selection of drinks and food.

The Great Northern G11440 offers a fast and efficient connection between London and Cambridge. I hadn't reserved any seats, but there were plenty available. I also felt very comfortable on the train as the speed was comfortable and the noise level on the train was pleasant. The staff on board were also very friendly and polite. I had a nice view through the large windows in the train and all in all it was a very pleasant journey.

The journey on InterCity train IC 314 from London to Cambridge was really great. The connection is not only impressive for its speed - a journey time of just 48 minutes is a remarkable achievement - but also for its comfort. The train pulled up modern and clean, offering gracious seats and a relaxed place to settle down. The wifi worked with reliable reliability, allowing me to continue working during the journey. Overall, there was a pleasantly calm atmosphere on the train, which allowed me to enjoy the short journey in peace and relaxation. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the train crew, whose friendly and courteous on-board service staff made a significant contribution to making the journey a positive memory for me. Punctuality, comfort and service: this combination makes the InterCity train between London and Cambridge the ideal choice for anyone who wants to get from A to B quickly and in a relaxed manner. Highly recommended!
