There is an elevator to access the London Underground (subway) section of Waterloo Station. On the concourse, there are well signposted accessible ticket offices and accessible restrooms. Staff at the train station are happy to help those with limited mobility to transport luggage, find the correct train, and push wheelchairs if needed.

Local tips: the train station points of interest

Travelers should take the side entrance to London Waterloo if carrying large amounts of luggage to avoid the steps at the main entrance. There are escalators and elevators within the station for those moving between the main train station and the subway station. London Waterloo is centrally located and there are plenty of points of interest within a short walk of the station. The London Eye can be found just outside of Waterloo, near the Jubilee Gardens.
