I also landed on time in Madrid. The reservation options were simple and transparent. The booking was straightforward and I was even able to book my seat in advance. However, the staff were quite unfriendly and not professional. They constantly ignored the problems of your passengers. Unfortunately, the seats were not comfortable and cosy and I could not relax. The volume was not optimised as the passengers were very loud. But overall the journey was great!

PriceMy return flight from Barcelona was everything you could wish for. Departure was on time at 08:00 and I was at the airport at around 07:20. The security check went very quickly and I was still able to catch my flight. The aircraft took off five minutes late, but was able to reach Madrid safely after about 1 1/2 hours. The staff on the aircraft were very friendly and even spoke a little German. Everything inside the aircraft was very clean and well maintained. However, the flight was a little more expensive in terms of price, which is why I give it four out of five stars.
