Florence FLR to Madrid MAD flight with Vueling Airlines

My journey from Florence to Madrid was excellent. Compared to other means of transport such as buses or trains, the price was affordable and worthwhile. For me, the price was also budget-friendly and therefore a good option. The hygiene conditions were excellent as the toilets, composting toilets and seats were well maintained. They smelled nice and it was amazing how clean and hygienic they were. There was also perfume, wet wipes and sanitiser in the toilets. I landed in Madrid on time, as the departure and landing went according to plan. The volume was appropriate and contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. On the other hand, the staff was unfriendly and did not respond to important concerns, requests or even problems of their passengers. This was definitely disappointing. Also, the seats were not comfortable and did not offer enough legroom. The reservation options were rather complex and confusing. I was unable to book my desired seat in advance. But overall the journey was great for the price and punctuality. Highly recommended!

The flight was generally quiet and the cabin crew were friendly and professional, if a little less intrusive than on more expensive airlines. Drinks and snacks were available for purchase during the flight, but nothing was offered free of charge.
