A little less legroomMy journey from Rome to Madrid with Air France was pleasant. Booking was easy and the e-ticket was quickly available. Flight AF1800 took off on time at 11:35. My seat was comfortable, with wifi and a power socket. A little more legroom would be nice. Snacks and drinks were served. The cleanliness of the aircraft and the toilets was impeccable. An unexpected situation arose when a passenger could no longer adjust his seat, but the cabin crew responded quickly and professionally. The two-and-a-half-hour direct flight landed on time. The price-performance ratio was good.

The entertainment on board was excellent, as I was able to find a variety of films, music and games on the displays in the front seats. This way I didn't even realise when the journey was over. However, the staff were not particularly friendly and seemed rather ignorant. They didn't take my concerns seriously and didn't respond to them. Unfortunately, I didn't arrive in Madrid on time either. This made my planning more difficult, as I had to go to a business meeting immediately after the flight. It turned out that the timetable had not been adhered to. The volume was not optional. But overall the trip was great because of the price and the hygiene.
