The trip got off to a good start as the bus arrived on time. The price for the trip was very reasonable. It was also possible to book additional luggage. Wifi access was guaranteed. There were also numerous power sockets above the seats. There were no toilets on the bus. However, I have to criticise the hygiene of the seats. They were quite dirty and I had to clean them before I could sit down.
Advantages
IconFavourable
Disadvantages
IconLong journey and frequent traffic jams
The FlixBus journey from Munich to Karlsruhe is one of the few journeys that I cannot recommend. Although the buses are comfortable and often equipped with wifi, the route is too prone to traffic jams and with the FlixBus you're stuck in the middle of them. In addition, the journey takes much longer than by train, even without traffic jams, which is why this route with Flixbus is a bad deal either way. The only advantage is the favourable price if you book in good time (14 days before departure or earlier).
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconSupport is not good in case of problems
It is possible to travel from Munich to Karlsruhe by bus at very favourable prices. Information about delays is rather poor. There was a total delay of over 5 hours, for which nobody was able to provide any information. In addition, no refunds or compensation are given for these delays.
