As part of a short holiday, the TGV is a fast and inexpensive connection from Germany to Paris. I travelled in the late afternoon, as you can still arrive home at a human time in the evening. There is a functioning wifi as well as the possibility to charge your mobile phone or laptop with a maximum of 150 watts at a socket. The train is clean and punctual. Due to the price-performance ratio, I recommend the TGV.
