IconA little late
The journey took almost seven hours and the train was very punctual. There were no problems or complications when buying the ticket on the website. Fortunately, the toilets were very clean. The staff were mostly very friendly and pleasant. The train was a few minutes late, but I didn't mind. To summarise again in one sentence. I give it five stars.

It was very good that the train was on time to the minute that day. The wifi on the train was very good and I felt very comfortable. The journey took place on a day when it was well over 30 degrees Celsius. Fortunately, the temperature on the train was very pleasant and I was able to relax. Unfortunately, the staff were not quite as friendly and spoke almost no English.

Disadvantages
IconWifi slow

IconService expensive
IconTrain overcrowded
Unfortunately, the journey on the AVE 3994 from Malaga to Barcelona was not a positive experience. The main criticism is the price, which unfortunately is not the done thing. Although the train was on time and the journey time of around 6 hours and 30 minutes was fine for the distance, but for the hefty price tag I would obviously have higher expectations. The seats were comfortable so far but nothing special for a high speed train. The wifi on board was not only slow and unreliable, which is particularly annoying for such an expensive ticket. The catering on board was not particularly good and not cheap either, which made the overall experience even worse. The train was relatively full, which restricted freedom of movement and made it difficult to use luggage lanes. The staff were polite but not particularly efficient or attentive. At the end of the day, the service offered was totally unjustified. For better service, you could have flown, which would have saved time and undoubtedly been more comfortable. I would recommend this connection in special cases, namely only if there are no other alternatives and if the budget is not an issue.
Advantages
IconPunctual
Disadvantages
IconUnclean
The train journey with train number 7592 went very well overall despite its seven-hour duration. Changing trains was necessary, but relatively easy. I'm sorry, but the train was not very comfortable as the seats were a bit cramped and there was little luggage space. The cleanliness on the train, especially in the toilets, was also unsatisfactory. Nevertheless, the journey was made on time and there were no major problems. I would have liked more comfort for a longer journey. There was very good wifi and some power sockets.

Exploring the Wonders of Gaudí in Barcelona

The Sagrada Família, designed by the visionary architect Antoni Gaudí, has been under construction since 1882 and is a stunning example of Catalan Modernism. Its intricate facades and towering spires symbolize both religious devotion and artistic innovation, making it one of Barcelona's most iconic landmarks. As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the play of light through its stained glass windows that creates an ethereal atmosphere.

Park Güell is another masterpiece crafted by Gaudí between 1900 and 1914; originally intended as a residential project, it transformed into a public park filled with whimsical structures and vibrant mosaics. This UNESCO World Heritage site not only showcases Gaudí’s unique style but also offers breathtaking views over the city from its elevated terraces. Casa Batlló stands out on Passeig de Gràcia for its organic shapes and colorful façade that reflect Gaudí's deep connection to nature; completed in 1906, this building redefined architectural norms at the time. The interior features flowing lines reminiscent of ocean waves while each room tells stories inspired by marine life—making every corner worth exploring.
