The return journey on the ICE was again smooth and fast. The service was again very good and there is nothing to complain about. I was able to sit very comfortably. What was very bad on this journey, however, was the cleanliness, at least in my compartment. The tables were sticky.

On the train journey from Dortmund to Berlin, the facilities were not good, the wifi was terrible and there were far too few power sockets on the train. The comfort was quite good, it was quiet on the train and you could enjoy the journey. The service was impeccable, the staff were always polite and helpful to us. The train was not clean, especially the toilets. The journey time was quite good, except that the train was late. The price was great.

The train was very punctual and departed at the specified time. The reservation went smoothly and was very pleasant. The staff on the ICE and at the station are very courteous and friendly. What is not good, unfortunately, is the wifi that is supposedly available on the train. Unfortunately, there are also not enough sockets in the individual compartments. Unfortunately, the hygiene in the toilets leaves a lot to be desired on every journey.
