IconNo ticket control and connection announcements due to lack of staff
It had been very noisy on the train because a window was open. Unfortunately, I could not find any staff on the train who could close it. As a result, there was also no ticket control and no connection announcements. That was a pity, because in itself I liked everything else about the train journey. It was very clean both in the passenger compartment and in the toilets and the train was on time, had good seating comfort and had had the full equipment. The announcements were understandable despite the noisy atmosphere and there was also a snack machine on the train.

The route between Stuttgart station and Mannheim station takes about 40 minutes. The train was half full. Nevertheless, I would always reserve a seat to be on the safe side. The toilets on the train were clean. The seats were comfortable. Negative: the train to Paris was cancelled, so there were many French people on this train!

For the route from Stuttgart to Mannheim, I used the ICE 514 a few months ago and was very enthusiastic about both its punctuality and the time advantage over the car. Since I still had a connection from Mannheim that day, it was very important to me that the ICE was punctual and therefore I cannot make any criticisms. The ICE was very clean and for the short distance of about 30 minutes, you would have found enough seats even without a seat reservation. The wifi on the train also worked well.

I took the DB ICE from Stuttgart to visit friends in Mannheim and would like to share my experience here. The train arrived in Stuttgart on time. The departure went without any problems. The seats were very comfortable and offered enough storage space for my small luggage. The internet was good and the staff were also extremely friendly. The train was generally very modernly equipped and hygienically on a high level. However, I have to deduct one point because the toilet in this compartment was out of order. Nevertheless, I would recommend this type of journey to anyone looking for a quick way to travel from Stuttgart to Mannheim!

I travelled by ICE from Stuttgart to Mannheim on business. The journey was pretty quick and the train left and arrived on time. Even if the route is not too long, it is always good to have a seat with a reservation and a power socket nearby. That way you can work a little on your smartphone and charge it at the same time. Since I didn't have anything to drink with me, I had to buy something at the Board Bistro. The staff was very nice. And you got through quite well, even though it was quite crowded. In general, the journey was unfortunately very expensive. Nevertheless, it was a very pleasant trip.

During my internship in Stuttgart, I always liked to travel to friends in Mannheim to spend the weekend with them. I used the Deutsche Bahn ICE to do this. This super fast connection was the perfect way to commute between the cities as quickly as possible. On this trip, the train arrived on time as usual and was in Mannheim in less than 1 hour. The staff were, as always, very courteous and helpful. The seats on board were comfortable and the train had wifi. The interior of the train was very modern and clean. However, I did not use the toilets on board during the short journey. All in all, I would recommend this route between Stuttgart and Mannheim and use it again and again.

In January, I travelled from Stuttgart to Mannheim by ICE. The train was there on time and the staff were friendly. The journey went quickly and without complications. We arrived at our destination within half an hour. The seats were very comfortable and back-friendly. The wifi worked great and was very fast. The toilets were very clean, but maybe that was just because it was very early in the morning. In any case, I was very satisfied and thus also helped the environment a little.

There was wifi and a power socket on the train, which worked perfectly. The seats are very comfortable and there is plenty of space. When the train is crowded, it is also a bit noisy, but many also stick to the quiet area. The service is very friendly and helpful. It is also very clean everywhere. Unfortunately, the trains are often unpunctual. But still, the price-performance ratio is good.

The short journey from Stuttgart to Mannheim was done within 20 minutes by ICE. Unfortunately, the heating was not on during the journey and it was very cool in the train compartment. Otherwise, there were no problems and both the seat reservation and the service were satisfactory.

The journey home was really nice. I was able to relax for 1 hour and 30 minutes. It was quiet and comfortable. The sanitary facilities were thoroughly cleaned and very hygienic. The train was also on time. I bought the ticket online at a very fair price.

The journey from Stuttgart to Mannheim was a very pleasant direct journey on the ICE. Firstly, the train left Stuttgart on time and arrived in Mannheim without delay. The cleanliness on board deserves great praise. The toilets were also clean. The service staff were friendly and the service was good. I can definitely recommend this connection.

The journey from Stuttgart to Mannheim was positive. The comfort on the train was particularly impressive, as the seats were extremely comfortable. The train was quite clean overall, which also applied to the toilets. I found it a bit of a shame that the wifi didn't work. Service and value for money, on the other hand, were good.
