As we wanted to spend a weekend in Amsterdam, we decided in favour of Deutsche Bahn because of the good price-performance ratio. The train was punctual both on departure and arrival and very clean. There were enough toilets, which were cleaned once during the journey, so they were always in a pleasant condition. The catering had all the food on offer, which was very pleasant during the long journey. All in all, a relaxed journey, even if it took a little longer than by plane
