From Hamburg to Mannheim with the ICE 79 was quite pleasant so far. I had reserved a seat and got it. The train journey was punctual throughout and there were many beautiful landscapes to see. The train was clean and in perfect technical condition. I particularly liked the price-performance ratio for this connection. The only negative thing was that the wifi didn't work.

Some time ago, I took the Deutsche Bahn ICE from Hamburg to Mannheim. The train was on time at the main station and arrived in Mannheim without much delay. The announcements on the train were mumbled and hard to understand. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work very well, which made the journey quite boring for me. At least the train was clean and the seats comfortable.

We took the Deutsche Bahn ICE from Hamburg to Mannheim some time ago. The journey was quite pleasant overall and the train was fortunately not at full capacity. The toilets and seats were clean, but unfortunately the passengers were not. But you know that by now in public transport. The train staff were friendly and patient during the check. All in all, a pleasant journey.

The train journey from Hamburg to Mannheim was a positive experience. The ICE 79 was on time and well maintained. The seats were comfortable and offered enough space to relax during the journey. The journey went smoothly, with no major delays or disruptions. The on-board catering offered a good selection of food and drinks, but they were a little expensive. Otherwise, I can thoroughly recommend this connection.

The journey with the ICE 79 from Hamburg to Mannheim was satisfactory for the most part. The train offered modern comfort and the journey was largely smooth. The seat reservation system worked well and I was able to find my seat without any problems. The seats were comfortable and sufficiently spacious. However, the cleanliness of some areas could be improved. The scenery along the route was picturesque, easy to enjoy thanks to the large windows.

Overall, the train journey with IC 2393 from Hamburg to Mannheim was an average experience. Punctuality, comfort and cleanliness were positive, while the mediocre range of on-board catering and the vulnerable wifi detracted from the overall impression. The route offered some beautiful views of the passing countryside, especially during the sections along rivers and through picturesque villages.

The train journey on the ICE 79 from Hamburg to Mannheim was simply impressive. The outstanding comfort, first-class cleanliness, excellent on-board catering and breathtaking views made this journey an unforgettable experience. The air conditioning was perfectly balanced and the cars remained at a pleasant temperature. The journey time was very short, just under 4 hours.

Disadvantages
IconWaiting times
IconInternet connection
IconStressed passengers
The train journey from Hamburg to Mannheim was rather average overall. Although the train departed on time in the morning and arrived at the destination station almost on schedule, the journey was associated with some inconveniences. During the entire journey, there were repeatedly long waiting times at various stations, which somewhat disrupted the flow of the journey and caused stress among the passengers. The permanent, long waiting times at the stations were a clear disadvantage of the journey. The facilities on the train were fine. The seats were comfortable enough to enjoy the journey even despite these inconveniences. I would have liked to have a stable internet connection when paying so much money for a journey on the train. The Deutsche Bahn staff were polite and eager to assist passengers. The announcements were generally understandable, loud and relayed the most important information. However, it would be desirable if the information during waiting times at the stations were communicated more precisely and quickly to the passengers. Nevertheless, I will continue to travel by train with Deutsche Bahn, even though I had many bad experiences on this trip.

About two months ago, I took the ICE from Hamburg to Mannheim. The service was very friendly and helpful, both online when booking and the bahn staff on site. The train journey was also comfortable due to the pleasant noise level in the ICE. Unfortunately, it was a bit unhygienic and not so clean in the ICE. But we were on time and I only had to change trains once! Satisfied!
Advantages
IconComfortable journey through Germany
Disadvantages

The journey to Hamburg was very pleasant. Internet was available. The power connection also worked well. The price-performance ratio was fine. The best travel option for this route (instead of bus or car). The time can be used wonderfully for work.
