Disaster. First the train was an hour late, then the air conditioning broke down at 30 degrees. No clear information, no apology, simply nothing. Of course, my connecting train was cancelled. I had the impression that nobody felt responsible. For the price, this is simply unacceptable. No recommendation!

The train from Munich to Leipzig was very full. That's why I had reserved a seat in advance. The atmosphere on the train was very loud, so I couldn't relax. The train had also been delayed by 30 minutes to Leipzig. The seats were comfortable and the train was clean. The staff were friendly and made clear announcements. There were also power sockets and good internet throughout the journey.

I visited my family and decided to take the ICE train in the evening, which takes just under 3 hours to cover the distance. That's a very respectable time for this distance. The train departed on time and arrived with a delay of less than 10 minutes, which I think is fine. The wagons and toilets were clean and the wifi was working. The on-board restaurant was open. For €35.99 with BahnCard 25, the price is perfectly reasonable.

I set off in the morning to visit a friend in Leipzig. The connection was super convenient, no need to change trains. The comfort was pleasant, I had plenty of legroom. The view was beautiful in places, especially the landscape. The wifi was stable. The toilets were clean. The service was friendly, even though there was no on-board bistro. The train was on time and for the price it was completely fair. Compared to travelling by car, I was much more relaxed at my destination. I can recommend it!

I was on my way to Leipzig and the train journey could hardly have been easier. No changing trains, just get on and travel through, super uncomplicated. The train was clean and comfortable, wifi worked and the toilets were fine too. It was pleasantly quiet and I was able to make good use of the time. We arrived almost on time, with just one short stop in between. There was no on-board bistro. Price-performance ratio was good for me. I would do the same again next time.

The journey on the ICE was fine. I liked the fact that the train was only 3 minutes late. The seats were comfortable and the journey was quiet. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not everywhere, at my seat there was still some rubbish from the previous passenger. The tables were also not completely clean. However, the wifi worked perfectly and there was plenty of space. All in all, it was a pleasant journey, even if the cleanliness could be improved.

Unfortunately, the return journey was not as good as the outward journey. The train was almost 40 minutes late, which really messed up my schedule. The seats were comfortable, but the air conditioning was set too cold, which was uncomfortable in the long run. Wifi was available, but kept dropping out. On the positive side, I would like to emphasise the friendly service. Thanks to early booking, the price was relatively fair. Overall okay, but a bit of a disappointment compared to the outward journey.

Some time ago I travelled from Munich to Leipzig main station by Deutsche Bahn, as I was flying from there. I can only describe the train journey as very positive, as all the criteria were met. At first the train was relatively empty, but later on many passengers joined us. The train was still very new and modern, so the seats were very comfortable. There was even a small table where you could eat. You could also connect to the free wifi on board and do a so-called comfort check-in directly on their website. You enter all your ticket details and are no longer checked, which I found very relaxing. Unfortunately, the train left a little late as another train had priority.

I travelled privately from Munich to Leipzig. I booked an ICE train for the journey. Fortunately, it was on time and the journey was over quickly after three hours. The staff were friendly and the train was clean. Unfortunately, however, Deutsche Bahn is often very late and you miss appointments by several hours. This has happened to me several times, which is very annoying.

The journey on the ICE was very pleasant. I had a seat by the window, which offered plenty of legroom and from which I could enjoy the view. The train staff were friendly and the carriage was clean. Unfortunately, the internet connection was poor and I wasn't able to get my work done as planned. Nevertheless, the journey was smooth and on time. It was almost noiseless and I was able to read in peace. The light was not too bright and the temperature was pleasant.

The train was equipped with free wifi, several sockets and toilets. The comfort was mediocre because the seats were unfortunately too hard in the train was a school class which was loud the catering was there you could order food and drink the service was friendly and there were reservation options the cleanliness was really top not a single dirt to see and the toilets were clean on the trip there was no need to change only conductor was the train 13 minutes late the price was on ok.

The attention to hygiene was great! I didn't have to worry about getting sick. The toilets were also very clean. I felt very safe on the train. I also liked the wifi quite a lot and I didn't pay that much for my ticket. I can only recommend the trip.
Advantages
IconVery comfortable seats
The journey was very pleasant as it didn't feel that long, even though it had been long, which in turn meant that I felt very comfortable and had fun. I thought the atmosphere was great because the people were very empathetic, so the volume on the train was very pleasant. I also thought it was great that there were several toilets. I had enough space and could even work a bit on the computer. The service was great, because the prices were very reasonable, the orders were delivered very quickly, the food was very tasty and the drinks and the motivation of the staff, you could see that the staff enjoyed their job, that was great again. There was nothing that I didn't like, I can definitely recommend the trip, as it is highly recommendable. I would also like to say that the trip was my return trip.
Advantages
Iconpleasant volume
The ride provided me with many things and I liked it or rather it was very pleasant. The staff were very correct and casual. There was very multi cultural food (vegetarian, vegan etc.). There were quite a lot of passengers and children, the children were not disturbing at all, the volume was very pleasant. It deserves 5 out of 5 stars. This is a ride that is highly recommended. What's more, my train arrived on time.
Advantages
IconVery beautiful and modern train
Disadvantages
IconThe train was late
It was a solid train journey. Unfortunately the train was delayed by 20 minutes, but it wasn't that bad as that was the only negative thing about my journey. The thing I noticed the most was the train itself and that was the train was very modern and the toilets were also very modern there was also a design on the toilets. My wifi was very good and so was my signal. The view was also very nice and the atmosphere was cool. The staff was also very helpful and took care of me all the time. I can endearingly pass on the ride. What was also very good was the service and the food respectively, the food was really delicious and the prices on the menu were reasonable. A great and solid ride. The volume was also pleasant.
Advantages
IconGood wifi
That was my journey, in which there were no negative points at all. My train arrived on time and I did not have to change trains. The train was very hygienic (disinfectant and so on), especially the toilets were very clean. You could order a lot of things and the prices were reasonable. The staff were very friendly, humorous and helpful. If you needed food, you also got it. I also had a small wound and got a plaster. The volume on the train was pleasant and my seat was very comfortable, where I also had a power socket. A journey I can definitely recommend. The best of the best was my wifi, I had no problems with the wifi at all. Great ride!
Advantages
IconSmoking area
Disadvantages
Iconsomewhat expensive
At the beginning, I want to mention that my ticket was a bit expensive. There was a smoking area where I had a little chat with the nice staff. Then I want to mention that the toilets were very clean and smelled nice. My seat was very comfortable, even big enough for me to sleep. I had good wifi. There was also a power socket on my seat. I can recommend the ride. There was also air conditioning and the service was great the prices were reasonable. It was very quiet on the train. I had a small closet at my seat and a dining table at my seat. In general a great trip, if it were possible I would rate the trip 4.5 stars.
Advantages
IconOn time
IconComfortable seats
IconFast wifi
Disadvantages
IconExpensive
On this train journey, I had almost only positive experiences. The wifi is not slow like on other trains, quite the opposite, it was fast and there were no problems. The seats were also very comfortable and the train was kept very clean. The price is way too expensive, but that's the only negative thing about this trip. The train arrived 1 or 2 minutes late. So you could say that it was quite punctual.
Advantages
IconQuick and easy
Disadvantages
IconNone
For a change, a very quiet and relaxed journey. Admittedly, I overslept half the journey but the other half was great. Clean train, staff ok, well, and delays are inevitable. But it has been much worse. CONCLUSION: The price-performance ratio is right, cleanliness is good, toilets were clean and the cabins very well maintained. I had a good internet connection and the food was also quite ok for a journey. It was a bit noisy but the train was also very crowded.
Advantages
IconFaster than by car
IconMore comfortable than in a car
IconMore relaxed than in a car
Disadvantages
IconNone, the connection worked fine for me.
I recently got a BahnCard 25 for 1st class. So I also travelled here from Munich to Leipzig in first class. Everything was fine: The train was on time. Everything worked, wifi was surprisingly good and fast. There is only one socket on the single seat, but I always have a small 3-pin extension with me for my power supply units. But you could also use the other sockets at free seats. Great service, everyone was nice and friendly and I also got a huge coffee served at my seat for only 4 euros.... With BahnCard even cheaper than a trip in the cramped 2nd class.
Advantages
IconObservance of hygiene
IconDelicious food
IconPunctuality
My train arrived on time and I boarded. My seat was comfortable. The wifi was good, so I was able to surf the internet without any problems. Then I ordered something to eat. The food I ordered arrived quickly and was very tasty. Then I went to the toilet as required. The toilets were very clean and hygienic and there was no shortage of soap and sanitiser. It was a great travelling experience, which I can only recommend.
Advantages
IconComfort
Disadvantages
IconHygiene
On the whole, I found the journey very relaxing. The only negative thing was that the sanitary facilities were unfortunately not cleaned and I therefore noticed a lack of hygiene. Otherwise, the seats were very comfortable. The staff also helped me with any questions I had. I also noticed good reception and fast wifi. I recommend the trip.
