Travelling by train is fine, but not really. You travel 2 hours longer and every time it arrives too late. There is no internet connection and no electricity and the people who work there don't help. That's why I don't ride it anymore and I hope they don't have to either.

Icon-
Apart from the regular somewhat expensive price (I had a saver fare), there was nothing to complain about on this journey. The train was on time, it was pleasantly empty, the whole train and the toilets were clean and the wifi and sockets worked perfectly. The direct ICE connection from Karlsruhe to Frankfurt airport in just under an hour is a dream anyway, especially if you have a long flight afterwards.
