The ICE was on time and the seats were super comfortable. I grabbed a seat by the window and enjoyed the scenery - from green meadows to charming villages, it was like a living painting. The atmosphere on the train was great, with students sitting around me chatting loudly about their plans and an elderly couple reminiscing. It was nice to see how different people were and how the train brought us all together. The food on board was also a highlight - a freshly brewed coffee and a slice of cake that was simply delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the journey even more enjoyable. I was even able to do a bit of work as the wifi was stable. After about six hours, we arrived in Munich and I felt refreshed and ready to explore the city. All in all, the train journey was more than just a means of transport - it was an enjoyable experience that I would recommend to anyone!

I was greeted warmly by the staff as soon as I boarded, which made the start very pleasant. The train was modern, with large windows through which you could watch the passing landscape wonderfully. The ambience was quiet and clean, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. The seats were comfortable and offered enough space for me to feel at ease even on longer journeys. I particularly liked the air conditioning, which ensured a pleasant temperature no matter how warm it was outside. There was also the option to buy snacks and drinks during the journey, which added to the comfort. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and questions were always answered quickly and courteously. The punctual departure and arrival showed me that reliability is a top priority on this railway line. Overall, the train journey was a very pleasant experience and I was able to make good use of the time - whether it was for reading, working or simply relaxing. For me, a journey like this is a great alternative to travelling by car because you can enjoy the scenery and take a relaxed approach to the journey. I would definitely use this train line again and can recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable journey.

We travelled very comfortably on this connection for our city trip to Hamburg. We didn't have a seat reservation and still had no problems finding a seat. There was very good wifi and sockets for charging mobile phones on the train. The train arrived very punctually and the staff were very nice. The toilet facilities were very clean and there was no unpleasant odour. The train was also not too full.

My train ticket from Hamburg to Munich was really great! The wifi facilities made the journey pleasant and I was even able to watch a film. The service on the train was really polite and courteous. The punctuality was also great. But the only downside was the cleanliness, there was no toilet paper. Nevertheless, if the facilities, friendly service and punctuality are important to you, and you can overlook minor shortcomings in cleanliness, this train ticket is definitely recommended. I had a pleasant journey.

Disadvantages
IconEverything went well
The train connection was very punctual. The train arrived exactly at the scheduled departure time and even reached its destination a few minutes earlier than expected. The price of the train ticket was reasonable and fair. However, there is room for a slight price reduction. The overall cleanliness of the train was very satisfactory. The seats and floors were well cleaned and litter bins were emptied regularly. The toilets on the train were clean and well maintained. There was sufficient toilet paper and soap. The only drawback was that the toilet was sometimes overcrowded during peak times. The seats were comfortable and offered enough space for the passengers. The backrests were adjustable and there was enough legroom. Overall, the train journey was a positive experience. With some small areas for improvement.

The train journey to Hamburg is pretty good. I was able to reserve seats in the rest area beforehand, which is very important to me. The seats were relatively comfortable, but over such a long distance your back does ache at some point. Unfortunately, the toilets on the train weren't exactly clean, but you could still go. Another advantage was that I didn't have to change trains. A very good alternative to the car.

As my car was in the garage, I travelled to Hamburg by train. I actually wanted to take the plane, but I thought I'd try the train on the long haul and was pleasantly surprised. The train was on time and it was even quicker than flying. The seats were definitely more comfortable than those on the plane and there was also wifi. It was also cheaper than a flight

I am really thrilled. On the whole, the journey was very pleasant. What's more, the staff were very wifi friendly and the wifi reception was excellent. Another positive aspect is that the hygiene on the train was fantastic and the sanitary facilities were clean. All in all, I see the journey as a thoroughly positive experience. The price was reasonable in my opinion. The journey took just under 6 hours in total and I had to change trains once.

The return journey was a very positive experience, just like the outward journey. I was delighted with the cleanliness and excellent hygiene on the train. The staff were also very friendly and I really enjoyed the journey. The price-performance ratio is very good. It was well worth the money. As the wifi and mobile phone reception were also fast, I can recommend the train connection.

What I like about this product is that I was able to buy the ticket very easily and it was good value for money. I also liked the free wifi, which I was able to use throughout the journey and which worked well. This allowed me to work during the journey. However, I didn't like the fact that the toilets were very dirty. The train arrived and departed on time.

Disadvantages
IconUncomfortable seating area
In my opinion, this product is great because you reach your destination in a very short time, the price-performance ratio was also okay and the toilets were clean for once. The return journey from Hamburg to Munich on the ICE was very relaxed and quiet. The staff were also very friendly and courteous. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness on the train. Travelling by train is my favourite option, as my time is very short and I can work or sleep during the journey. The train left 15 minutes late. Nevertheless, I can recommend travelling by ICE!
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconLong journey
IconPrice too high
The service was super nice to me and the on-board bistro was even open. This was also necessary for me, as the 6.5 hours I travelled on the ICE 783 were also very long by my standards. The price was almost normal, but a little too expensive for me. Otherwise everything was fine

IconCleanliness of the toilets
I was in a bit of a hurry as I had already seen the train pull in, I had already bought my ticket, showed it and it was accepted. I sat down and took off my jacket. Then I wanted to go to the loo, the toilet wasn't clean and there was no toilet paper, the wifi wasn't working, I thought this train journey was very, very bad. The only good thing about this train journey was the staff, they were very nice, the price was reasonable, so I give it two out of five stars because of the wifi and the toilets.

I travelled from Hamburg to Munich by train. I was initially impressed by the punctuality of the train. Once I arrived on the train, I found a clean and well-maintained train and seating area. The sanitary facilities were also in a clean condition. The staff were polite and helpful. During the journey, the train was unfortunately 20 minutes late, but this is still within reason. Positive recommendation
Advantages
IconPunctual
IconNice conductor
Disadvantages
IconToilet dirty
The conductor was very friendly and I found my seat comfortable and it was relatively quiet in my compartment. The journey took about 6 hours and the train was well cleaned, but unfortunately the toilet was not. You could hardly use it at all because it was so smelly. The wifi worked well on parts of the route and there was a power socket where I could charge my mobile phone. We reach our destination station on time.
Advantages
IconFast and safe night-time driving
IconCheaper than a plane ticket
IconPot air conditioner when it's too hot
Disadvantages
IconThe seats are not suitable for sleeping
IconIt can sometimes be too loud
The train with the train number ICE 1689 departed on time. The toilets were clean. The wifi was fast enough. It's a cheap alternative to a plane ticket. It is also faster and safer than motorways for night journeys. However, the seats are not suitable for sleeping. And sometimes it can be very noisy.
Advantages
IconPunctual
Disadvantages
IconNo seat
Overall, the trip was very nice. However, there were a few things that could have been done better. One of these was that I didn't get my own seat. Nevertheless, there was good wifi and consistently fast reception. The ticket price was definitely fair. Another positive aspect was that the staff were very nice. Overall, unfortunately, I only give it three stars and my recommendation.
Advantages
IconNo change
Disadvantages
IconToo expensive
IconNo wifi
I didn't find this journey the best because the ticket was far too expensive. I also thought it was a shame that the wifi didn't work at all. Despite not changing trains, it took me a very long time to reach my destination. Despite the bad arguments, there were also good things about this train journey, namely the well-kept toilets. Another great thing was that it was very easy to book the ticket online.
Advantages
IconOne-cell journey without changing trains
Disadvantages
IconPrice performance
This journey is one of the longest journeys I have ever made within Germany. You arrive at your destination even quicker than by car, which I find really positive. However, the price is also much higher than for other journeys that are only slightly shorter, which I think is a real shame. If the journey was cheaper in general, I would definitely drive the route even more often than I already do. Nevertheless, everything else, such as the service, was to my satisfaction and we arrived relatively punctually
Advantages
IconVolume
Disadvantages
IconPunctuality
IconCleanliness
The journey was okay, but unfortunately the train was thirty minutes late. Apart from that, the journey was quite relaxed as it was very quiet on the train itself and I didn't have to change trains. The train was also equipped with wifi and charging facilities. The seats were relatively comfortable. When I wanted to go to the toilets, I was a little put off as they were quite dirty and unhygienic. The value for money is therefore quite okay, but could be better.
Advantages
IconQuick
IconOver night
IconCheap
Disadvantages
IconLoud
IconTo bright lights
The train left on time again as expected and even arrived in Munich on time. I was able to sleep all night in the quiet compartment and it was pleasantly quiet, except that the lights were clearly too bright. The train was almost empty and there was hardly anyone inside, so no seat reservation was necessary
