From Munich to Wiesbaden, I immediately noticed that the air conditioning did not work, nor did the reservation system, although the on-board staff apologised over the train announcement. The seats had been comfortable and fully equipped. I found the train to be clean and the toilets to be well cleaned. The noise level on the train was normal, so not disturbing, and the staff were very friendly. The train had not been delayed.
