The staff were super friendly and accommodating! The hygienic condition throughout the train was also very good, the only thing I didn't like about the journey was the wifi. Unfortunately, there were a lot of problems with the wifi on the journey and it crashed again and again.

Once I was on the train, however, I had a good seat and was even able to work a bit on my laptop. The train was equipped with a charging socket. The train was also not that full. I arrived in Duisburg in time for my visit.
