IconNoisy atmosphere on the train
IconDelay of 10 minutes
The ICE had been very full on this journey. Because of this, the staff made an annoyed impression, especially because they did not say hello at the ticket check. Because the train was full, it was also very noisy, especially due to many families with children. The seats were comfortable and fully equipped. The passenger compartment and the toilets were very clean. The on-board bistro was open, but very crowded. The train had ended up being about 10 minutes late.

Disadvantages
IconMany passengers had to stand
The train was very crowded, so many passengers had to stand without a seat reservation. As a result, it had been very warm in the passenger compartment, which was immediately adjusted when the staff spoke to us. The seats had been very comfortable. The train was clean inside, as were the toilets. Despite the crowds, the train ran without delay. The on-board bistro had also been open. The equipment on the train was sufficient and worked without any problems. So all in all, it was a relaxed journey.

The train ride was overall quite good, but for example, there was no staff there to ask for help or anything else. Nevertheless, the train was very clean, as were the toilets. The only thing I saw was a piece of chewing gum under the folding table. The train also arrived very punctually. Have a good trip.

It was a very great train ride. The train moved at a very pleasant pace neither too fast nor too slow. The staff were very friendly. It was also very quiet on the train, so I was able to sleep a little. The food was very tasty and also very fresh. I also liked the internet. The train was clean and hygienic. The temperature on the train was also very pleasant. I am very happy to recommend this trip and rate it with five stars.

My train journey from Duisburg to Cologne was very good. The ICE was totally clean and the staff very friendly and eager! That surprised me in a positive way. Unfortunately, there were big problems with the wifi and it went down very often. But otherwise everything was great! I'd be happy to take a trip like this again.

I recently travelled from Duisburg to Cologne. Unfortunately, there were some problems on the journey... unfortunately the train was very unpunctual due to thunderstorms. But otherwise the journey was good. The service in particular was excellent. The hygiene in the train was also good... Except for the delay, I can recommend such a train trip to others.

The train arrived on time and left on time. The staff seemed nice and friendly, even if you asked, they answered in detail. Unfortunately, the hygiene of the train was not very high quality. There was a lot of dust on the seats and the fold-out tables were very scratched.

IconPunctuality
The trip was very short, so unfortunately I didn't have wifi or a power socket. I did have a bin, though. The seats were comfortable and the noise level was pleasant. I didn't get any food either. But I didn't expect it. The ticket inspector was nice and I couldn't reserve anything. I got information before departure. I did not visit the toilets. They were clean, though, from what I heard. I did not have to change trains, but the train was not on time. Price-performance ratio is OK.

The train journey was not nice at all. I had no wifi and no power socket. I only had a dirty dustbin next to me. The seats were very hard and it was noisy. I also didn't get any food from the staff. The staff were not nice either. They looked at me funny all the time. I didn't have a reservation option either. Fortunately, I was given information by another passenger. But the toilets were the biggest horror. They were really dirty and stank abnormally. Fortunately, I didn't have to change trains and the train was on time. But the price-performance ratio is good.
Advantages

It's unbelievable how cheap this trip was, it only cost around 10,00 € and the price alone is a reason to recommend the trip, but in addition other things went well and nothing went badly. The service was fast and the food was delicious. What was also very good was the wifi. The volume on the train was very pleasant. The toilets were also clean. Staff were very funny to the children and also nice to everyone. I was also informed when I was arriving.

I felt very comfortable during my train journey. The service on the trains is generally friendly and helpful. The train attendants always endeavour to offer passengers a pleasant stay. The trains are generally clean and well-maintained. I did not notice any soiling or untidiness during my train journey. The toilets on the trains are generally clean and well-maintained.
