Hello everyone. A short time ago I travelled with DB from Cologne to London. The price was very cheap and acceptable compared to air tickets to London. The staff was very friendly and served their customers well. The seats were very comfortable and clean and well maintained. The toilets were also very clean, which of course I was pleased about. What didn't go well was mainly the wifi connection. It was very poor. The volume in the train was so high and I couldn't relax at all. I also had to change trains several times, which I didn't really like. All in all, it was a good train journey with Deutsche Bahn.

My journey from Cologne to London was very enjoyable. Firstly, the price was very reasonable and quite good value. In addition, the staff were very friendly. They always clarified my concerns and interests. I felt that I was in good hands. The wifi connection was very efficient. It allowed me to work on my laptop and make important calls. However, the train did not arrive in London on time and the volume on the train was unfortunately not ideal. I found the reservation options confusing and unclear. But overall it was a great journey!

The journey from Cologne to London was overall quite pleasant, especially the affordable price which made the journey attractive. The staff were friendly and supportive, which improved my comfort during the journey. The wifi worked well and allowed me to be productive during the journey. The cleanliness in the carriages was fine and contributed to a pleasant environment. The comfort of the seats and sufficient space made the long journey bearable. However, the punctuality of the journey was disappointing, which caused some discomfort. The noise level during the journey was higher than expected, which made travelling a little uncomfortable. The need to change trains was also inconvenient and added extra stress. Overall it was a good journey.
