Using public transport, the journey takes either 11 minutes by train or 18 minutes by bus. The distance from Schildergasse to the train station is 0.6 miles (one kilometer) and can be walked in about 12 minutes, following along the Hohestraße that leads straight to the Cathedral. By tram, the journey takes around 8 minutes.
