Taking the Train from London

Cambridge University was founded in the 13th century, its Tudor Trinity College and 16th century King's College Chapel are two of its treasures and are on every visitor's itinerary. The city center of Cambridge is pedestrianized in many places and full of narrow cobbled streets making it a pleasant place to explore. Interesting museums are the Fitzwilliam, Kettle's Yard and the Whipple Museum of the History of Science. Cambridge Station is just under 2 km from the city center but is linked by frequent buses, operated by Citi Bus Network. Cambridge has an efficient bus service with many Park and Rides options around its periphery. Taxis are also available at the station.
