There are several different ticket types available on GWR services:

  • Anytime: Flexible travel with no restrictions on travel dates or times
  • Advance: Get value for your money with flexible return dates
  • Off-Peak: Depart on your selected date and return on any Off-Peak service within the following 30 days
  • Super Off-Peak: Save on your ticket and travel outside of peak times.
  • You can further save on your Great Western Railway tickets with a valid railcard. Great Western Railway train tickets can be compared and booked with Omio.

    Reading Railway Station acts as a hub for many GWR routes, with connections to London Paddington, Cardiff Central, Bristol Temple Meads and more.
