The cleanliness of the train was ok, but there were a few stains on the windows and floor. The service was friendly ä but there was no special effort to satisfy the passengers. Overall, the journey was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

There was a delayI set off on the TPE at 12 noon on 2 December. After about 2 hours I reached Liverpool. The comfort was excellent. The passengers were quiet and the chairs were comfortable. There was a stable wifi connection. The chairs and toilets were hygienic. The service was very commendable. Overall, I recommend booking this journey.
