I had an excellent journey on the direct East Midlands Railway train from Manchester to Nottingham, train number 1F45. The train departed Manchester Piccadilly station on time at 08:47 and arrived in Nottingham at 10:38. The total journey time of 1 hour and 51 minutes was very pleasant. What was particularly positive was that the train had free wifi, which allowed me to check my emails and stream my favourite shows during the journey. There was also enough space for me to sit down comfortably. The air conditioning kept it nice and cool and the seats were comfortably padded. The view during the journey was beautiful too - the scenery was just gorgeous! Overall, it was a stress-free and comfortable journey. I would recommend this service to anyone travelling from Manchester to Nottingham. The service was great and I will definitely be travelling with East Midlands Railway again!
