Was pleasantly surprised. The train was clean, punctual and quiet. I had a window seat with plenty of legroom. Wifi was stable and the coffee from the on-board bistro wasn't too bad. There is a small deduction for the non-functioning power socket at my seat, which was a bit annoying. I can recommend it!

I didn't have to change trains from Leipzig to Munich. Unfortunately, the journey also took longer because there was a track closure, so we arrived in Munich 50 minutes later than planned. The internet didn't work on the train either. Otherwise, the seats were very comfortable and there were plenty of power sockets. The staff were very friendly and apologised for the inconvenience. The ticket was also not expensive for the long journey. I can still recommend the journey.

I opted for this connection when visiting family, although there was also a direct train. However, the journey time on this connection was shorter, despite having to change trains. Both trains were clean, the wifi worked and there was an on-board restaurant. For €35.99 with a BahnCard 25, this is a connection worth recommending.

Not everything went so smoothly on the return journey. The train was again without a change, but arrived over 20 minutes late. The comfort was okay, but my seat was not so quiet this time. The volume in the carriage was high and many people were on the phone. Wifi was unreliable. The toilets were unfortunately no longer clean. The service was barely visible. No on-board bistro, which I found a bit of a shame on a longer journey. The view was okay, but I was more in the mood for peace and quiet. All in all, better than travelling by car after a long weekend.

I was on my way to Munich to visit a friend. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite as relaxed as the return journey. The train was quite full and a bit noisy, which made travelling less pleasant. Wifi was unstable this time and the toilets could have been cleaner. At least I didn't have to change trains, which made things a bit easier. The staff were friendly and we arrived slightly late. Overall it was okay, but not quite convincing.

I had to travel from Leipzig to Munich for a business trip. Unfortunately, the train was significantly delayed, which is why I arrived late at my desired destination. This was very bad for me from a business point of view. The connection from Leipzig to Munich is otherwise very fast. Unfortunately, the toilet facilities were very dirty and therefore unusable for me. On the other hand, the wifi connection and a comfortable seat were positive, even though I didn't have a reservation.

I was on my way to visit my cousin and the train journey was a complete success. The train arrived on time, which is a big plus. The comfort was great, comfortable seats and a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive and the wifi was stable the whole time. The price of the ticket was also completely fine, but also because I had booked early. As a bonus, there was even an on-board bistro, perfect for a coffee in between. Five stars from me!
