The advantages definitely include the fact that it was hygienic everywhere, that the staff were polite and that I arrived almost on time. However, when I wanted to do some work, I noticed that the wifi was very slow and had some dropouts. Finally, I would like to mention again that the price I paid for the ticket was fine in my opinion. 4 stars.

I found the journey very pleasant. The seats were comfortable and clean. The train itself was clean and didn't smell. The toilet was also clean. I didn't change trains and travelled for a good hour. We arrived in Turin on time and it was quiet on the train. The conductor was very nice.

I attach great importance to punctuality when travelling by train and this was almost always the case for me in Italy. This was also the case on this journey. It was very relaxing as I didn't have to change trains. The seats were comfortable and you had a nice view of the countryside. The staff were very friendly and I was able to use the wifi free of charge. Really very good value for money. I will definitely do it again

Disadvantages

We arrived in Turin Porta Nuova on time and the journey took 1 hour. I am very happy with the journey because the train staff were really nice to me and the train was very well cleaned. I thought the seats were fine and the toilet was well cleaned. I didn't have to change trains.
Advantages
IconClean
Disadvantages
IconToo late
It's been a while since I travelled. I have to say that the hygiene measures due to the pandemic did bother me a little, but of course it was even cleaner than usual. Unfortunately, the train was delayed, which was not uncommon during and after the pandemic. I always look at the big picture and, given the circumstances, I would still like to give it a 4-star review.
Advantages
IconCleanliness
Disadvantages
Iconmuch too late
If I had to summarise all my experiences on my trip in one sentence, I would give my recommendation. The only thing that really bothered me was that the train was an hour late. The other impressions I was able to gather were a clean toilet, friendly staff and the favourable price. The staff spoke fluent English and were very nice. I recommend buying the ticket.
Advantages
IconIt was very hygienic
Disadvantages
IconThe wifi was poor
The journey began with a very punctual train. The sanitary facilities and the compartment I was sitting in were very clean and hygienic. The price I paid online for the ticket was excellent. The staff were always friendly and spoke excellent English. Only the wifi was unfortunately not really good. I can give the train service my recommendation and four stars.
Advantages
IconClean
Disadvantages
Iconwifi
Unfortunately, there was very poor wifi on this journey and virtually no reception. Nevertheless, it's fair to say that everything else was fine. The train was very punctual, the staff were very polite and helpful and I felt very comfortable. It's also worth mentioning that the price of the ticket was very fair and I can therefore say that it was good value for money.

I thoroughly enjoyed the journey. Despite the fact that it was a business trip, I was able to relax very well. My seat was very soft and very clean. There was good netting and the cleanliness I mentioned at the beginning extended to the entire compartment. It is perhaps worth mentioning that my train was a little late, although it was only a few minutes. I would therefore give it 4 stars.
