Mannheim to Hamburg train with Deutsche Bahn (ICE,IC)

I really enjoyed this ride and am happy to recommend it to others. Furthermore, I rate this trip with five stars, as I have nothing to criticise. I travelled in second class. My train arrived on time and when I boarded I was greeted nicely by the staff, then I sat down. My seat was very comfortable and I could charge my laptop and mobile phone. The internet was very good. The view from the window was very nice. The train was very clean and so were the toilets. One thing I particularly liked was that there was air conditioning. A very great ride.

The journey went smoothly and left me with a positive overall impression, prompting me to give it four to five stars and recommend it. The train arrived on schedule, which is of course welcome. Upon entering the train, I immediately noticed the cleanliness, a point that indicates careful maintenance. The seats offered a pleasant level of comfort. I decided to order a meal and was pleased with the value for money. The food tasted good and was served promptly. The hygiene during serving was also commendable. A particular plus point was the coffee, which I found distinctly tasty. All in all, it was a satisfying and good value travel experience.

This was a great ride, which I rate with four stars, as only one small thing was negative and that was the delay. Still, it wasn't that bad as it was a delay of 8 minutes. Then when my train arrived, I got on and I immediately noticed what nice staff there were as they smiled at me as I boarded, already this had improved my mood. Afterwards I sat down and I was happy that my seat was comfortable. Then I ordered something to eat, which was a butter croissant and a fruit tea to drink. Both tasted good and at a very fair price. The whole train was clean and hygienic. I also had good wifi. Despite the small negative thing, I can only recommend this trip, because everything else was right.

Most aspects of the journey were satisfactory and I would recommend the train service for this route.

My IC journey from Mannheim to Hamburg of about 5 hours was very good. The facilities were top notch. The wifi worked and the seats were very comfortable. The train was also very punctual. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the corner was not really good... especially the toilets were very unhygienic.

My ICE journey from Mannheim to Hamburg was somewhat problematic. There was no comfort at all due to the poor hygienic conditions in the ICE. The price was also too high in my opinion. The staff, however, were very friendly. However, I cannot recommend such a stressful journey to anyone.

The train was not very crowded and the atmosphere among the passengers was very relaxed. Inspectors and bistro staff were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we had to deal with a lot of delay caused by a demo. Price was absolutely satisfactory.

There was a bistro on board where you could get delicious coffee. However, the choice of food was limited. It was also expensive. The train set off on time and reached Hamburg without delay. It was clean on board, even in the toilets.
