The train journey from Mannheim to Frankfurt for my business trip was unfortunately unpleasantly delayed, which was annoying. The cleanliness on the train left something to be desired, which marred the overall impression. The food option was also limited, but acceptable. The wifi worked reliably, which was positive. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the price-performance ratio was not optimal for the service offered.
Advantages
IconProblem-free and fast
IconVery comfortable
Disadvantages
IconI could not find any defects
The reservation and printing of the ticket worked perfectly right away. My train arrived on time and made a good impression. Once on the train, I quickly found my seat, which looked very spacious, comfortable and clean, with an adjustable headrest and armrest. The toilet was hygienic and very modern. The staff were always helpful and approachable. I reached my destination very quickly and was very impressed with this train connection, the ticket price was also within reasonable limits. Absolutely recommended by me.
Advantages
Iconpunctual
IconNot too full
Disadvantages
Iconwifi partly did not work
I quickly found my reserved seat on the train, which was clean and had a power socket. On the other hand, the wifi didn't work so well that day on some parts of the route. But the toilets were clean, there was enough paper and it didn't stink. The train left a few minutes late but arrived in Frankfurt on time. The price was OK and not more than usual.
Advantages

IconAir conditioning
IconHygienic
IconClean
Inside the train it was very hygienic and very clean. The internet was very good. I was very pleased that there was air conditioning on the train, as it was very warm outside. Then I ordered something to eat and it tasted very good and the price was okay. The staff were very friendly and did a good job. The train looked very modern. I can recommend this great ride because it was also very quiet on the train. The price of my ticket was also okay.
Advantages
IconFast and competent
Disadvantages
IconI have not had any bad experiences
The train connection from Mannheim to Frankfurt was very punctual. The train left exactly on schedule. This was particularly important as I had a business appointment. The train was clean overall, the seats were well maintained. However, there was some rubbish on the floor. The train had power sockets at most seats, which allowed me to charge my devices while travelling. The train service was largely accessible and well suited for travellers with reduced mobility. The toilets on the train were clean but could be better maintained. Some of the toilet paper holders were empty. The bistro on the train offered a selection of snacks and drinks. The prices were reasonable. Overall, the train was a pleasant travelling experience that I would gladly repeat.
Advantages
IconThe train arrived on time
Disadvantages
IconOutdated seats and little legroom
IconThe equipment was significantly worse than on other trips
IconPoor service
IconThe cleanliness was anything but pleasant
IconPoor price-performance ratio
Unfortunately, my train journey from Mannheim to Frankfurt Airport was not as pleasant as I had expected. The train's interior was not up to modern standards - the seats were outdated and legroom was limited, which significantly affected comfort. The journey was less pleasant overall due to the lack of facilities, which were not up to today's travelling standards. The service during the journey was disappointing. The staff showed little attention to the passengers and enquiries were answered rather indifferently. This lack of service-orientation contributed to the overall travel experience being compromised. The cleanliness of the train was also unsatisfactory. The seating areas and sanitary facilities were neglected and in urgent need of a thorough clean. This considerably spoilt the overall impression and the sense of well-being. In terms of value for money, the journey was by no means appropriate. The quality offered was disproportionate to the high cost of the ticket. This circumstance further worsened the overall impression and made the train connection from Mannheim to Frankfurt Airport not a recommendable option for me. Fortunately, the flight from Frankfurt was a really nice experience. On the other hand, I would probably have been pretty disappointed for the rest of the journey.
