The toilets on the train were clean but could be better maintained. Some of the toilet paper holders were empty. The bistro on the train offered a selection of snacks and drinks. The prices were reasonable. Overall, the train was a pleasant travelling experience that I would gladly repeat.

In terms of value for money, the journey was by no means appropriate. The quality offered was disproportionate to the high cost of the ticket. This circumstance further worsened the overall impression and made the train connection from Mannheim to Frankfurt Airport not a recommendable option for me. Fortunately, the flight from Frankfurt was a really nice experience. On the other hand, I would probably have been pretty disappointed for the rest of the journey.
