How to Get to Genoa by Train
There are a number of trains to Genoa departing from London St. Pancras each day. Journeys begin from around 8:00 a.m. with Eurostar traveling from London to Paris over the course of a journey taking roughly 2.5 hours. On arrival you will use the TrenItalia service which operates throughout Italy and France to connect to Milan. The journey takes around 10 hours and most trains across this route include a sleeper service due to the extended nature of the journey. You will arrive at Genoa Brignole railway station, the main rail hub in the city. Located on the east side of the city center, the station offers good inter city and inner city connections and is located close to both bus and taxi services which assist in onward travel.
