Advantages
IconVery fast and punctual
Disadvantages
IconEverything went extremely well
The train was generally on time, which is very important to me. However, there were one or two minor delays. The cleanliness of the train was excellent. The seats and floors were cleaned regularly and the general atmosphere was appropriate and hygienic. There were plenty of power sockets on the train, which is very convenient for travellers with electronic devices. The toilets were clean, but there were problems with the functionality of some flushing toilets during my journey. An improvement to these facilities would be desirable. The bistro offering was satisfactory, with a selection of snacks and drinks. However, the prices were slightly higher than expected. The wifi on the train was available, but the connection was not always stable. There were interruptions in some parts of the journey, which affected its use. Overall, I had a pleasant journey. The points mentioned for improvement should serve to further increase customer satisfaction.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
IconNo negative properties
I enjoyed the journey home. The train was very punctual. The train was also very clean and hygienic. The network was very stable and fast. The staff were also always friendly. I can report that it was really quiet on the train and I was able to concentrate on my work. In terms of price, the journey can also be rated positively. To summarise, I can say that I recommend the train connection.
Advantages
IconPleasant volume on the train
IconCleanliness and hygiene
IconFast ticket inspection
IconComfortable seats with good equipment
IconNo changeover necessary
Disadvantages
IconDelay of 15 minutes
IconNo catering facilities
IconHigh capacity utilisation
Unfortunately, the train used here was far too short, which is why it was very overloaded. However, the volume on the train was normal, which is why I didn't find the high capacity utilisation very bad. The train was also delayed by 15 minutes as boarding and alighting was delayed. On the plus side, I didn't have to change trains. I found the seats comfortable and the train was well equipped. Unfortunately, there were no catering facilities. The toilets and corridors were very clean and hygienic. The staff also remained friendly and carried out a quick ticket check despite the high capacity utilisation.
