The on-board bistro was great. I was able to eat delicious food during the journey. Unfortunately, there was not much staff on the train, but that could be due to various reasons. However, the facilities and service were very good. The wifi was very strong in my seat, which made it easier to work.

My journey from Hamburg main station to Münster main station with Deutsche Bahn in the ICE was very good. The train staff were friendly and courteous. There were enough seats as the occupancy rate was relatively low. In addition, everything was very clean. The duration was also pleasant and bearable for this route. Only the internet was unfortunately not good enough to watch my series. Otherwise, however, everything was good.
Advantages

IconNeat train
Disadvantages
IconUnpunctual
The punctuality of this connection left something to be desired. The train was almost 20 minutes late and therefore also reached Münster late. On the positive side, however, the train was sparkling with cleanliness. The toilets were also clean. The journey took just under 2 hours. On the way to Münster, one passes through some beautiful landscapes. Apart from the delay, I can definitely recommend this connection.

The train ride from Hamburg to Münster was a pleasant journey. The train was clean and comfortable. The seats were comfortable and there was enough legroom. The route offered interesting views, including picturesque landscapes and small lakes. The wifi worked well, which made the journey pleasant. The staff on board were always polite, courteous and friendly. I can definitely recommend this connection.

Due to a defect, the train could not use its maximum travel speed, so the arrival in Münster was more than 2 hours late. I received compensation of eight euros from Deutsche Bahn. The train was clean.

I travelled from Hamburg to Münster on ICE 2307. I did not reserve a seat. The journey is in second class. The train was relatively clean in itself, but this did not apply to the toilets. These were dirty and unhygienic. The train left Hamburg on time and also arrived in Münster on time. I noticed that the seats were very comfortable. There was free wifi on board.

A week ago I took the ICE from Hamburg-Harburg to Münster Hauptbahnhof and found it very pleasant. Since I had already booked a reservation, finding a seat was very easy, especially thanks to the displayed carriage order in DB Navigator. Furthermore, I had a large luggage rack right next to me, so I could also stow this very easily. After 2 hours, I arrived in Münster on time and very quickly, and the staff on the train were also very friendly. Thanks to the contactless ticket control, many processes were also made easier here. All in all, I can only recommend this connection.

Disadvantages
IconNo seat despite seat reservation
Iconit was very warm in the passenger compartment
The journey had been very chaotic. I had reserved a seat on the train. Due to a replacement train, the reservation no longer matched and I had to stand on this train due to the high occupancy. The train had a quiet atmosphere, but it had been very warm inside. The staff were very helpful but could not organise a seat for me. Nevertheless, the train was fully equipped and very clean. The train had been delayed in between, but was able to make up for it by the time it reached my destination station, so it arrived on time.
Advantages
IconOn time

Disadvantages
IconNo wifi
I travelled from Hamburg to Münster with IC 2307. The journey was in second class and without a seat reservation. However, I did get a seat. It was a relaxed journey with a manageable travel time of just under two hours. The train was on time throughout. The service on board was good, the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the wifi did not work that day. The condition of the train was very good, the interior was clean and well maintained. Overall, I can recommend this connection.
Advantages
IconFast travel
Disadvantages
IconBoard bistro
In contrast to the train on the outward journey, the return journey was more pleasant. It was also an IC and the journey took just under 2 hours. The train was clean and tidy. However, the on-board bistro was closed. The toilet in our carriage was locked. Not too bad, but could be improved. The train arrived on time. Price-wise, the trip was perfectly fine, especially when using a BahnCard. The landscapes were very beautiful during the train journey. In this respect, I can recommend the journey Münster-Hamburg and vice versa.
