Although this train left on time, it arrived in Düsseldorf 20 minutes late due to a points fault. The train was relatively clean, but the toilet in my compartment was faulty. The staff were friendly and there was also an on-board bistro. The seats were comfortable and there were plenty of power sockets and stable internet. The ticket price was also okay for the route. I can recommend the journey despite the delay.

PowerI made this journey on 5.12.2022. Up to a certain point, I was satisfied. Then more and more delays accumulated for reasons unknown. Then it came to a head and the train stopped 2 stations before the final station in Duisburg. Without any information all of a sudden and everyone had to see how to get on without being specifically informed. Very shitty of the German railway... On the return journey we were also over 45 minutes late and the journey was cancelled again 3 stops before the terminus... Train facilities were adequate as usual and it was not overly crowded....
However, I am absolutely not satisfied.
