I was looking for a cheap train connection from Cologne to Trier and I found what I was looking for with this train connection. The train arrived and departed on time. The reserved seats were quickly found and were very pleasant and comfortable. There was enough space for my legs and a comfortable cup holder. There were power sockets and USB ports which worked well. The toilets were clean and well maintained in my opinion. The scenery was pleasant during the journey. The staff very friendly and attentive. My recommendation.
