When I took the Westbahn, I immediately noticed the comfortable seats and the good wifi. There was a power socket for every seat. The volume of the microphones was just right. The service was good. You were just asked for your ticket and that was it. It was also very easy to reserve seats online. I have no complaints about the hygiene in the toilets. However, the Westbahn is very slow from time to time, but still very good value for money.

I recently took a trip from Vienna to Venice with Deutsche Bahn. The staff was very friendly and they took great interest in the interests and concerns of their customers. The wifi was very efficient and strong. My electronic devices were able to connect to it quickly. The volume on the train was optimal. However, there were several transfer necessities, which made the journey difficult. Also, hygiene was not really taken care of. The toilets were not clean and the seats were not well maintained. I personally found the travel costs very high. Overall, a satisfactory trip.

I recently travelled from Vienna to Venice by train. The train fare turned out to be higher than expected, and in retrospect it turned out that a plane ticket might have been more economical. Nevertheless, the train journey was positive overall. The staff on board were friendly and courteous, and the train arrived in Venice on time. The cleanliness and comfort during the journey were commendable. The toilets were carefully maintained and attention was paid to general hygiene. Only the noise level on the train was not adequate and detracted somewhat from the travelling experience. Nevertheless, the train journey was pleasant without the need to change trains. However, the reservation options were not particularly easy or efficient. Overall, the train journey from Vienna to Venice was satisfactory, but there is potential for improvement with regard to the volume and the reservation options.

My journey from Vienna to Venice was amazingly good. The staff were very friendly and polite. During the trip there were some uncertainties and questions. However, these were answered by the staff and they supported me. I felt very well looked after. The train also arrived in Venice on time. Maximum attention was paid to hygiene. I could find sanitiser or soap almost everywhere. The toilets and seats were also very well maintained and hygienic. The seats were also very comfortable and cosy. The wifi was also very efficient and stable. This allowed me to be productive during the journey and make calls, be entertained or work on my laptop. However, I felt the price was too expensive. The volume was not adequate. In addition, there were several transfers which made the journey more difficult. But overall it was a great journey!
