On the train from Munich to Bochum, the volume in the train was normal. I found the seats there a bit too hard and not up to normal comfort. There was also no internet connection on the train, only power sockets. The service was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The train had been clean except for the seats and the toilets worked without faults. An on-board bistro had been available and the train had not been delayed at all.
