Advantages
IconNo delay
IconAffordable
Disadvantages
IconThe train is old
The price of the ticket is really affordable, which is very good. This time the train wasn't late and the departure was on time. Unfortunately, the train was very full and as the ventilation didn't seem to work properly, it was correspondingly uncomfortable with stagnant, stuffy air. The train is old and you can tell. In addition, the seats are very space-saving, so there is little room to move around. The journey was okay, but could be better.
Advantages
IconQuiet
Disadvantages
IconNone
I had booked a seat in the rest area on the journey from Hanover to Mannheim. Everything worked out well. A seat with a table is the best way to make effective use of the time in peace and quiet. The wifi works without any problems and the staff are very friendly.
Advantages
IconThe ticket is cheap
IconThe journey was quiet
IconSufficient space with adjacent seat reservation
Disadvantages
IconSlight delay
My journey from Hanover to Mannheim was delayed by about 20 minutes. The train left late, but arrived almost on time. The ticket was still very cheap, even booked at short notice, and you can book a seat plus an extra seat for very little money. I like to do this and can then travel undisturbed and the total price is still cheaper than other means of travel. The train is older, but clean and the air was also good. The staff are actually always nice and chatty, which I particularly like. I have nothing to complain about and am happy that I can travel so cheaply.
