Although the journey on the ICE from Hanover to Hamburg was pleasant, the train was slightly delayed at the beginning, which was a disadvantage. Nevertheless, the journey was quiet and fast. The seats offered good comfort and I sat by the window with a nice view. There was free, well-functioning wifi available. The announcements were also clear and useful. The train staff were nice and the train was clean.

This journey had not been so good. The train was very crowded, so I had to sit in the aisle as I didn't have a reservation. In addition, the train had already been delayed by 35 minutes. However, the train was very clean and the toilet looked hygienic. The staff were friendly and carried out a quick ticket check. The price of the ticket was reasonable at 24 euros. If I had reserved a seat, the experience would certainly have been better.

The ICE journey to Hamburg was very pleasant overall. What was particularly positive was that I arrived at my destination quickly and the journey offered a lot of comfort throughout - from the comfortable seats to the amenities on board. The only downside was that the train was very full, which restricted my freedom of movement somewhat. I was travelling to Hamburg to visit friends and deliberately opted for the ICE as it was the fastest and most comfortable connection and I could relax and work during the journey.

The return journey from Hanover to Hamburg was okay, but not ideal. The train was a few minutes late and it was difficult to find a seat as it was quite crowded. The cleanliness in the carriage was okay, but not as good as on the outward journey. At least the journey was smooth and without any major problems. Overall average, but still acceptable for short journeys. It was good that I booked early and therefore got a very fair price and I was able to charge my mobile phone.

The train staff were really nice and helpful. I was greeted in a friendly manner and received immediate assistance with any questions I had. This noticeably improved the atmosphere during the journey and created a positive impression. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the train left a lot to be desired. There were a few pieces of paper on the floor and the tables were not completely clean. Recommendation.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the train journey. Boarding was quick and I found my seat without any problems. I particularly liked the fact that there were plenty of power sockets and that I could charge my mobile phone during the journey. The legroom was also comfortable and it was quiet enough to read. I didn't like that the snack machine didn't have any snacks and that there was no option to buy something to eat.

I travelled to a concert and it was the most comfortable option to get to Hamburg. On the positive side, the comfort was much better on the ICE than on a normal regional train. On the negative side, there was unfortunately a delay in service due to a fire near Hamburg, which is why I reached my destination late. I travelled at lunchtime. The toilets were clean as usual and the Wi-Fi more or less worked. Sometimes it was better, sometimes there was no connection to the internet. But I was able to charge my mobile phone during the journey. The ticket only cost me €13.49 including the BC25 discount, which I think is relatively okay for the route.

During the journey, I was able to enjoy the view through the window. The countryside passed by quickly and there were many beautiful views of fields and small villages. The seat was comfortable and I had enough room to spread out. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were also snacks and drinks to buy in the on-board bistro, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Overall, the ICE journey was a relaxed and quick way to get from one place to another. I would recommend it to anyone!

The journey started with a delay of just under an hour, but the worst thing was the lack of communication. There were no clear announcements either on the platform or on the train. The air conditioning only worked partially, it was stuffy and uncomfortable. At least my seat was free and the route was direct. Nevertheless, I will avoid this connection for the time being.

The first thing I noticed when I got on the train was something special. The seats looked very comfortable and there were sockets for all sorts of things such as charging cables etc. .... The price-performance ratio was good. There were also WCs. The train is actually quite good as far as punctuality is concerned.

I cannot recommend this train journey. Already at the first delay I was annoyed and the toilets were not clean either. There were stains on their seats and the tables were also dirty. The other passengers were very noisy and the food was also cold and not tasty. The only good thing was the staff, who were nice and always tried to help me. The train arrived at its destination on time.

The ICE journey from Hanover to Hamburg was very pleasant. I checked in using my smartphone and was not checked, but was able to watch my film in a relaxed and undisturbed manner. The train journey was quiet and punctual. And the restaurant staff were very nice, the wrap was also very tasty.

With a few exceptions, the train from Hanover to Hamburg always arrives on time, the staff are friendly, hygiene is fine, and as soon as you notice something, the staff clean up the mess immediately. I travel the route frequently and have had no problems so far. Highly recommended.

I have the BahnCard 25. So price-wise, although I booked just 3 weeks before, I was mega satisfied. It was super relaxed to travel on a Saturday morning. It was relatively full, but our reserved seats were free. I think the train staff have become a bit more fun and friendly. I didn't use the toilet on the short journey. Neither did the wifi.

I often travel by ICE, and this journey in particular has stayed in my memory. I had bought the ticket online the evening before. The wait began at the platform in Hanover. The ICE was about 30 minutes late. When the ICE arrived, I sat down in the quiet carriage. Unfortunately, it was anything but quiet there. Children were screaming around and their parents were busy with their smartphones. So I connected my phone to the wifi, which worked very quickly and easily. I put on headphones and had peace and quiet. The conductor was very friendly. The staff selling hot drinks were disappointingly pushy. I was ticked off 5 times during the almost 1.5 hour journey to see if I wanted to buy something. The train was very dirty. None of the train staff thought it necessary to take away any of the rubbish that the ladies had previously sold to the passengers. I did not visit the toilets. I will definitely take the car for spontaneous trips in the future. The price-performance ratio was absolutely not right.
Advantages
Iconkind staff
Iconcheap ticket
This was my outward journey in second class and I can only pass it on as everything worked out. My train arrived on time and I was greeted very politely by nice staff. The wifi was very good despite many users. I ordered some food and it arrived very quickly, it was very fresh and tasty. The toilets were very clean. I had several power sockets at my seat. This ride was great and the atmosphere was great and what is also not to forget is the great price.
Advantages
IconComfort
Disadvantages
IconPunctuality
The facilities on the train were very good. I had good wifi throughout and a power socket. The seats were very comfortable and the volume was pleasant. The food was not so good. The staff were nice and friendly and I did not have a reservation option. The information was all given to me. The toilets were also clean and I could use them normally. I think it's a pity that the train was a bit late. That's why I almost missed my appointment. I didn't have to change trains and the price-performance ratio wasn't that good. But I still recommend the ticket because it was nice and comfortable.
Advantages
Iconpleasant journey
Icongood food
I had a trip with my friend, we went inside and it smelled very fresh inside, we ordered something for us, it was fresh and delicious and it came without waiting, then we went online and it was very nice, we had a very pleasant trip, this train deserves 5 stars. A very great journey. My train also came on time. This was my outward journey and the staff were very polite.
Advantages
Icongood wifi
Icongood service
I was in 2nd class and this was my outward journey. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was very tasty. You could take packed lunches if you didn't manage to eat it all on the train. The train looked very nice. The temperature on the train was very pleasant. I liked the internet as I could still work on the laptop. This trip gets 5 stars from me and I would definitely recommend it.
Advantages
IconGreat cleanliness
Disadvantages
IconDelay
I found the journey itself very pleasant. The loo was great to use, it wasn't dirty and didn't stink either. The train itself was also very clean. Power sockets were available, wifi was not. The ticket inspection was also straightforward. The only thing to criticise is that we arrived 20 minutes late and missed our connecting bus.
Advantages
IconHeaters were on
IconBeautiful view
IconFair prices
Disadvantages
IconA slight delay
I can recommend this journey. There is only one negative thing, and that is the slight delay. Otherwise everything was wonderful. It was cold that day, but it was warm on the train as the heaters were on. The view from the window during the journey was very nice. The prices on the menu were fair. The staff did a good job. I ordered a croissant and a coffee. Both arrived quickly, were fresh and delicious. My seat was very comfortable. The whole train was clean.
Advantages
IconRelaxed
Disadvantages
IconRude conductor
I travelled second class and am quite satisfied. I watched Netflix during the journey and was able to charge my mobile phone using a power socket. The train was well cleaned and the toilet was also good by train standards. We were on time. The only thing to criticise is that the conductor was very unfriendly. Our "neighbours" didn't find their ticket straight away and were immediately snapped at.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
IconClean train
Disadvantages
IconNot mobility-friendly
The wifi and sockets worked without any problems. However, the wifi was a little underpowered and could be expanded. The seats and floor were clean and the noise level on the train was low. The gastronomic offer in the ICE was available. The toilets were quite clean. However, they could have been a little cleaner. As usual, the connection with the ICE was free of changes. The ICE was very punctual when it arrived at the main station in Hanover. The price of the ticket was reasonable, but still too high. As always, the journey was comfortable and relaxed.
Advantages
IconClean train
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
IconCoffee machine in the on-board restaurant broken
The wifi worked well and was fast. The sockets also worked perfectly. The train was relatively full, but there were still enough seats available. It was quiet inside the train and the journey was relaxed. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the on-board restaurant was broken. The staff were again very friendly. The toilet was also clean. The journey took about 90 minutes and the train was on time.
