Hamburg Hbf to Berlin train with Deutsche Bahn (ICE,EC,IC)

I travelled with the ICE 807 from Hamburg to Berlin. The journey was quite pleasant because the train offered comfort and a very well-kept ambience. I found old coffee stains on the seats. The toilets were also not clean. In addition, there were a lot of transfers, which made the journey more difficult.
