My journey on the FlixTrain was really positive overall. I was particularly impressed by the favourable price - it was a real bargain for the route. The train left on time and arrived without any delays, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, helpful and seemed well organised. The hygiene on the train was also surprisingly good: clean seats, well-kept carriages and tidy toilets. The comfort was absolutely fine for the price range - comfortable seats and enough space. The only downside was the wifi connection, which was often unstable or not available at all during the journey.

I found the journey with FlixTrain from Berlin to Heidelberg stress-free overall. The booking process was simple, which I liked. I was pleased that the train left on time. The staff were friendly and quick to help with any questions. It was pleasantly quiet on the train, so I was able to read. I also liked the view during the journey.
