IconToilet in my compartment did not work
IconRest area a little too loud
On the route from Mannheim to Basel, I had chosen a free seat in the rest area. This was equipped with a power socket for two seats. The seats were fine so far, there were no defects. However, it was a bit too noisy in the rest area. I was able to find out all the information about the train and the train journey via the DB app and the display boards. As the toilets did not work, I cannot say anything about the cleanliness. However, this was not a big deal, because the journey was over quickly with a journey time of 2h 15min. I arrived in Basel on time and did not have to change trains. As the train ran on time and without any problems, the price-performance ratio was okay at around €41.

Facilities: wifi available, power sockets at every seat. Comfort: Adjustable seats, quiet as well as normal compartments, on-board bistro available for the physical well-being. Cleanliness: toilets ok, seat also quite clean. Journey: no change of trains, long delay of over 1 hour, no good information. Price: absolutely overpriced for this trip, no information as well as misinformation.
