About
Saudia, formerly known as Saudi Arabian Airlines, is the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, wholly owned by the Kingdom. Established in 1945, it has grown to become one of the Middle East's largest airlines. Saudia operates a network of domestic and international flights to over 100 destinations across Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America from its main hubs in Jeddah and Riyadh. The airline joined the SkyTeam alliance in 2012, becoming its first Middle Eastern member. Saudia is recognized for its significant investment in upgrading its aircraft, operating one of the youngest fleets, and has received accolades for its on-time performance.
