It was a wonderful train journey! The train was extremely punctual and the station staff were particularly helpful. The seats were comfortable and spacious and I had a nice view through the windows during the journey. Luckily, there were power sockets and wifi on the train, so I could charge my phone and keep in touch with my family during the journey. What I particularly liked was the cleanliness throughout the train and in the toilet.

About a fortnight ago, I took the ICE from Duisburg to Munich. The journey of about six hours was very comfortable due to the low noise level and the cleanliness in the ICE. The service was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work and the air conditioning also broke down.
