Advantages
Iconkind staff
Disadvantages
Iconsomewhat expensive
The ticket was a bit expensive, as it cost just under €200.00, it was a round trip for 2 people, but in my opinion, a bit expensive for 2nd class, but it still works. Apart from that, I liked everything. I especially liked the food, as it was very tasty and cheap. The wifi had full bars. There was only one small thing I didn't like, and that's why I recommend the trip. Great ride!
Advantages
Icontasty food
I took this trip because I was in Bonn to visit my boyfriend. My train arrived on time and I also arrived in Berlin on time. I liked the food very much. The toilets were more than clean. This was my outward journey and it was in 2nd class. The staff were very nice and helpful, they enjoyed their job. The wifi was also very good, I had no problems at all to download anything. My ticket was cheap. A solid ride that I am happy to recommend to others.
Advantages
IconVery good coffee
That was my outward journey and it was in 2nd class. My ticket was a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was very tasty and I especially liked my coffee. There were several packed lunches. On the train, the temperature was very neutral and the driver didn't go fast or slow, so very pleasant. There were also activities for the children (toys, colouring books). The seats were very neat. A highly recommended trip that deserves 5 stars.
Advantages
Iconclean train
This journey was my outward journey in 2nd class. The train was very clean and the seats were very comfortable. The wifi was very good and I was able to charge my phone at the seat due to several sockets. The toilets were also clean. The staff were very nice and I liked the food as well. I can recommend the ride to others. My ticket was a bit expensive, but definitely worth it.
Advantages
Icontasty food
That was my outward journey. My ticket was neither expensive nor cheap, but it was definitely worth it. My train arrived on time. The food looked very tasty, which it was. The staff were very humorous and entertaining. The toilets were clean. It was quiet on the train and I had power outlets at my seat. My seat was very comfortable. For all the reasons, I can recommend the trip to anyone. Great ride.
Advantages
IconVery comfortable seats
IconThe staff was very nice
IconThe internet was very fast
Disadvantages
IconPartly unfriendly guests
The train journey from Bonn to Berlin was pleasant. The service was friendly and helpful, the comfort of the seats was good and the cleanliness of the train was satisfactory. There was enough space to relax and there were plenty of bins and the toilet was clean. Overall, the trip was a pleasant and comfortable one. I would recommend it to anyone. The train was on time and there was no need to change trains.
Advantages
IconThe friendliness of the staff
Disadvantages
Iconsome price tax
As you can see from my picture, that was my outward journey. In my opinion, it was a bit expensive. A return journey for 2 people for just under €200 in 2nd class is a bit expensive, but for the price it was worth it because the wifi was very good! I also liked the service, especially the food was very tasty. In addition, my train arrived on time. The staff were very nice and friendly. There were also nice toilets. Despite the price, I can recommend it.
Advantages
IconHygiene
Disadvantages
IconA little too expensive
As you can see from the picture, this was my outward journey. There was one thing I didn't like, and that was the price. It was quite expensive for a second class journey, but the service was great, so I think it was worth it for the price. The toilets were also very clean and the seats were very comfortable. The volume on the train was very pleasant and I had access to electricity. The food was very tasty and my train arrived on time. For all the reasons I can recommend it, only the price was a bit expensive, otherwise everything was great.
Advantages
Iconvery clean toilets
At the beginning I would like to mention the only thing I didn't like, which was the price. It was a bit expensive, but the performance of the price was again great! The train itself was very clean and especially the toilets were very clean. My train arrived on time and there were no emergency changes or technical problems. The wifi was quite good. I can't say too much about the service, as I didn't order anything, but I saw that the staff treated the passengers very nicely. A ride that is highly recommended and rated 4 stars due to one small negative thing. I would like to add that it was my outward journey.
Advantages
IconTrain arrived on time
IconPleasant journey (few people on the train)
IconGood price
IconVery clean WC
Disadvantages
IconA little too cold on the train
The train was well equipped, I had free wifi and 2 power sockets at my seat. In addition, the seats were very comfortable and very quiet on the train as no one was travelling with me. The staff were also very nice and the toilets were all very clean and friendly. I also have to praise the train because it left and arrived on time. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold on the train, but otherwise everything was perfect.
Advantages
IconEverything clean
IconModern equipment
Disadvantages
IconPoor service
IconPoor comfort
IconThe journey was longer than expected
IconWeak price-performance ratio
Unfortunately, my train journey from Bonn to Berlin was not so pleasant. On the plus side, the cleanliness of the train definitely made the journey pleasant. And the modern furnishings also contributed to a contemporary ambience, which I found to be a plus point. However, there were also some aspects that detracted from my satisfaction. The service on board was rather poor, as the staff seemed less attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the seats were not particularly comfortable, which greatly impaired travelling comfort. I also found the duration of the journey too long and it was extremely boring. Another point of criticism was the price, which in my opinion was not commensurate with the services offered. All in all, although the train journey from Bonn to Berlin was positively characterised by the cleanliness and modern facilities, the rest of the journey was not exactly positive. Improvements in the areas mentioned above would be desirable so that the current 2-star journey becomes a 4-5 star journey.
Advantages
IconCleanliness
IconHygiene
IconGood wifi
My outward journey was great and is definitely highly recommended. The interior of the train was very clean, as were the surfaces and windows. The toilets were hygienic and there was no shortage of soap. The internet was strong and had full bars. I travelled very comfortably. The view from the window was beautiful and created an atmosphere. After some time I arrived on time. This journey deserves five stars.
Advantages
IconGood staff
IconHeaters were on
IconCleanliness
This journey was flawless, so it gets five stars. This was my outward journey in second class. My train arrived on time and I boarded. The heaters were on. My seat was very cosy and I also had power sockets at my table. The food was served quickly and was delicious. The whole train was clean, especially the toilets. The staff were friendly and did a good job. I can only recommend this journey.
