Advantages
IconFriendly staff
Iconno delay, no change
IconVery good equipment
Disadvantages
IconHigh capacity utilisation and loud volume
IconCleanliness
IconSeats a little hard
This train had been very full, so it was too noisy for me in the passenger compartment. The cleanliness wasn't the best either. In my opinion, the seats on the train were a bit too hard and the backrests were a bit too far forward so that you couldn't lean back very well. Apart from that, the furnishings were excellent and the staff were very friendly. The train wasn't late either and I didn't have to change trains. All in all, an acceptable journey.
