When I got in, the service led me to my seat, as I was able to reserve a seat. I charged my mobile phone in my seat. Then I went to the toilet and saw that everything was clean and hygienic. When I wanted to sleep, I couldn't because it was a bit too noisy. I didn't have to change and the price-quality ratio was good.

When I got on, I immediately saw that there were sockets and bins by the seats. The service was very friendly and offered to disinfect my hands, which says it was very hygienic. Toilet visits were also very relaxed, all very clean. The seats were comfortable, the food was very good and the volume was very pleasant. The value for money was very good.

The train back to Munich arrived a quarter of an hour late. I got the impression that the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly at all times. This leads me to the conclusion that comfort was the top priority. Reception was lightning fast and stable. I was able to book my ticket online without any problems. As I have nothing to criticise, I give the journey 5 stars.

The train had comfortable seats with sufficient equipment, such as sockets and internet. There were also large tables. The staff were friendly and said goodbye personally at the exit. The train and toilets were very clean and there was also a snack machine. This train was on time and I didn't have to change trains.
