Toilet defectiveWhen I visit my sister in Würzburg, I always travel by ICE. The price of the ticket was very reasonable and you get there very quickly. Unfortunately, the toilet on the train was broken that day, so I couldn't use it. But apart from that everything was very good.

The staff were friendly and quick to help with any questions. My only criticism was the air conditioning, which was too cold in places. It was sometimes uncomfortable without a jacket. Nevertheless, it was a comfortable and reliable connection, much more relaxed than travelling by car.

It was very reasonable for this long journey. The cleanliness was very good and the toilets looked hygienic. My seat was comfortable and there were power sockets and internet at my seat. Unfortunately, the on-board restaurant was not open. The staff were friendly at the ticket inspection and I didn't have to change trains. I finally arrived in Würzburg with a slight delay of 5 minutes. Overall, I can recommend the journey.

The wifi was stable and the on-board staff were friendly. I found it particularly pleasant that I was able to be there on time for my connection without any problems. Because I had to go to a wedding, it was the last chance to get to Würzburg. Because I couldn't leave the internship earlier, it was the only option and I didn't want to travel this long distance by car. I travelled in the late afternoon / early evening. Luckily I got a seat, other guests did not. The food was not really bombastic but the service was very good. The price was good for the fact that I wasn't late. I didn't use the toilets, wifi and charging stations.
